Delete your account

You only have an AuralMinutes account if you signed in with Apple or Google. The free app and Plus work without one.

In the app

1. Open AuralMinutes and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Write to privacy@auralminutes.com from the email address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We’ll confirm within one month, and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your email address and account identifier.
• Your plan record and cloud allowance.
• Anything still stored for cloud processing.

What is not

• Meetings on your phone. They were never in your account, and stay until you delete them in the app.
• Store subscriptions. Apple and Google bill them, so cancel in your store settings to stop being charged: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play, Payments & subscriptions.
• Records the law makes us keep, such as purchase records for tax, for as long as it requires.
